Azure Fabric cluster is not accessible through Explorer

I am trying to access the Azure fabric cluster through its explorer. Unfortunately, It getting failed with the certificate issue.  

Do we have to import the certificate through the browser to access the fabric cluster explorer?   Is the Microsoft learn document for accessing the fabric cluster? ?
