Who thought it was a good idea to add a sparkly magnifying-glass animation in the File Explorer search box? It’s very distracting (a strong exogenous / stimulus-driven attention trigger). Is there a way to disable it, or can we get a toggle?

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open File Explorer
→ the magnifying glass plays a sparkly animation

Expected:
With “Animation effects” off, the search UI should remain static.

Actual:
The sparkle animation still plays even with animations disabled.

Workarounds tried:
- Settings > Accessibility > Visual effects > Animation effects = Off
- Performance Options: unchecked “Animate controls and elements inside windows”
- Restarted Explorer / rebooted
→ Animation persists.
