Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Tech Community, I know that here in the Microsoft Tech Community we never shut down a community without good cause. Unfortunately we do not run the Microsoft Q&A Community and so we are not able to comment on the substance of your question.
Have you tried asking your question on the Q&A Community itself? You could also try posting here: Microsoft Q&A Product Champions Program | Microsoft Community Hub but I am not sure thats the right channel for your query.
