When an item is modified trigger fails to start when Search is set to NO in advance settings

My Powerautomate will not trigger if I set Search in the Advance settings of my SharePoint list to "NO".

I'm trying to prevent users from being able to search a SharePoint list from the main site collection. This was set in the SharePoint list on the advance settings page. Problem is that my Powerautomate flow will not trigger.  I am using the "when an item is modified" trigger.  

If the search is set to "Yes" the power automate flow is triggered when I make a change to a column.

My workaround is to use SharePoint Designer 2013 which has no issues triggering when an item is created or modified.
