Weird forum header
More nonsense: the top of the Excel forum now looks like this:
- There are two 'Start a Discussion' buttons.
- Clicking the 'Microsoft Community Hub' results in
- Clicking the link 'Go to community home' results in exactly the same error.
- There is no link to this Lounge, as there used to be.
- There is a link to Mixcrosoft Support Community (answers.microsoft.com) - perhaps because that works better?

Hi all,
Sorry I haven't been able to engage on this discussion until now, its been an exceptionally busy couple of weeks - compounded by the spam issue.
So the header issue should be fixed, it took me longer than I intended to get through all the community and apply custom headers. The issue of the double buttons, khoros logo and strange artifacts on the page was caused by a bug that was slowly reverting the UI to the stock UI. This is not fixed but we have taken steps to reduce its impact, a fix will be shipped early in January.
The internal server errors and issues with session expiry causing more frequent logins is something we are actively investigating.
I know it has been frustrating, and on occasion just broken and I am hoping you are starting to see improvements.
AllenAllen , thank you for sorting out the spam issue, it disappears.
As for the headers it partially solved. I see space title and search bar only if signed out. When logged in there are no them. Doesn't matter which browser and theme to use. If title is not critical, not having search bar is really annoying.

Hi SergeiBaklan can you share a URL to where your seeing this? I checked the excel community and it looks fine to me logged in and not. Also I assume you've already tried clearing the cache / using a different browser?

I have an addition concern, in my case I need to sign again every time I close and open this site. 🤔
Another weird header today, almost 3 weeks after the downgrade was completed:
And the favicon:
It appeared for a short while, I guess another update in background, hope with improvements. Team do that at night, but US night. Midday on our site.

Thanks for this report, we were deploying changes to the community code base last night for Microsoft Ignite this morning. When we do that some templates will briefly revert to the Base template and thats what you are seeing here.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
It should be back to normal now. Thanks!
The change appears to have been rolled back, I'm seeing the previous version again.
And... it's doing it again - see screenshots in first post...
Additionally: I cannot edit the above post to correct my typo (Mixcrosoft > Microsoft)
