Using MS Shift in 2 timezones

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the use of MS Shifts. I was wondering how MS Shifts will handle 2 or more timezones? For example: I'll have to made 2 different schedules for my team in the Netherlands and in America. How does MS Shifts handle this?
