Oh, maybe they have approval system for fresh accounts, which is reasonable.
Probably, yes. But why do I have to wait for 48 hours? Just like you, I don't have time for this. There is not even a way for a user to list their unapproved posts or comments. So they have no way of navigating to them while awaiting approval. Other than maybe browser history. So while waiting for approval, you have no way to edit a post or a comment.
Seriously, this site is so dysfunctional. I can't use this. I won't be adding any more high effort posts or comments in here. I initially decided to create a profile to try and reach out to someone at Microsoft responsible for Outlook, to report a bug I found. Because their other support channels are failing before my eyes due to some authentication error that affects the support options, and we are dumb enough to be paying them for Microsoft 365.
All I got from signing up here is more frustration and another set of bugs. From one or two bugs in Outlook to many more bugs on this site. It's so annoying and frustrating to not be able to fix our own tech issues, and to have to rely on a company that doesn't leave alternative way of ƃuᴉʇɔɐʇuoɔ Microsoft ʇɹoddns in order to help us with their buggy software systems. (We are not even at liberty to use the flipped versions of these words.)

Well, i do something get response from MS when i comment on blog posts and once even had a private discussion with i think Outlook product manager (just a few comments back and forth). It was years ago, this person is not in Outlook team anymore, i think. Once someone from OneNote team contacted me about testing new version and gathering feedback, but after a few messages ghosted me :) Sometimes you can get a glimpse of an idea you can actually talk to someone there. But most of the time it's just barking at the moon. But hey, at least there is something. I for sure have no clue how to get a hold of anyone from Google :D Well, maybe if you have a contract with them, but not like this in a public space. Btw, there is another thing you haven't listed. Feedback Portal. Thousands of comments there with maybe one or zero upvotes, in a void.
