Update my profile Avatar

Hi Microsoft Tech Community,

I'm new to the Microsoft Tech Community and wanted to update my profile avatar. However, I keep getting the attached error message when saving. I've resized a jpg down to 100 pixels x 100 pixels and it still doesn't work. Can you give e some advice or guidelines?
