Unable to Upload More Than 3 Files onto OneDrive Personal Vault
Hi
Since early January 2025 (once I have unsubscribed from Co-Pilot feature), I have not been able to upload more than 3 files onto OneDrive Personal Vault.
- on the Web Browser, it was showing me that there was insufficient space - this made no sense as I still have 700GB+ of free space
- on the Mobile App, it was showing that I could only upload 3 files to Personal Vault - this made no sense either as I should be allowed to upload more than 3 files to my Personal Vault with Microsoft 365 Personal Classic.

Solution 1: Upgrade your OneDrive plan if you need more storage in Personal Vault.Solution2: If you need to store more than 3 files, consider zipping multiple files into one before uploading.
