Unable to answer prompt here about templates - Welcome Charles - Access Denied

Since you can share images, it means that you have no restrictions on the MTC Forum, so it is the configuration of your computer that causes the error!
Since you are not using Edge, your default browser does not synchronize properly with the MTC platform, this may result in a third-party extension or antivirus.
It is best to log in to Edge with your Microsoft account and search for the MTC website, for me it has been working properly for a long time.
