Surprise, all notifications from MTC in the Spam folder!
Of course, a new address and you need to -> add to safe senders, but I knew that, but others would rather be surprised!
Good news – just move a few notifications from your Spam folder -> to your inbox and
after the problem 🙂

Thanks for the post, we did actually include that you need to add the new email to your safe senders list as part of the announcement, indeed I wrote an FAQ on how to do it here.
Is there some other way we could have communicated that? genuinely interested in your feedback.

Only notifying all MTC users with the old address can be effective + adding a detailed instruction -> about the change of the mailing address.
I didn't see such a notification in my mailbox - did I miss something?
Of course, the notice must be sent from this address: (khoros-mail.com)
Sending now from a Microsoft domain will be ineffective.
