SS1: Show dates on everyone's profile's badges

I have a suggestion.

Suggestion (SS): 1 Classification: Tech Community profiles
PRIORITY IN MY OPINION: 8 on a scale from 1 (low) to 10 (high)

I want everyone's profile's badges to show the date that they have earned it. That way, it would be cool.
