Sharepoint
My previous IT Support company stopped training and I have lost excess to my SharePoint / OneDrive where all of my Company files are saved. I also can not get to my work emails to rest any passwords.
Any help very much appreciated (i am not good at IT Hence we had a IT Firm)

PaulCaunce If your email access has already been revoked, you will no longer be able to access assigned SharePoint sites or OneDrive. However, you may request a .pst file of your mailbox data, which can be provided for future reference and uploaded to your Outlook.
Please note that to access these resources directly, your account must remain active.
