Radio buttons aren't functioning for a mandatory question in job application with Job ID - 200027012

Hi All,

 

Yes and No radio buttons are missing for a mandatory question in one of the job application on Microsoft careers, without which application cannot be submitted, details as below

Job ID - 200027012

Role - Inventory and Asset Technical Trainer

Can anyone please look into this. 

I've raised the same concern yesterday night about 12hrs back, but it got disappeared, if possible can anyone let me know where to find my previous raised concerns.

    hi kishore07​ it sounds like this may be a temporary issue with the Microsoft Careers portal rather than your application specifically. Sometimes required fields (like radio buttons) fail to load due to browser cache, extensions, or session timeouts.

    You could try:

    • Opening the application in an incognito/private window
    • Switching browsers or devices
    • Clearing cache/cookies
    • Disabling extensions (especially ad/script blockers)

    If it still persists, it’s best to report it directly to Careers support via the Careers site Help/Contact option, since they can check backend form issues tied to that Job ID.

    Regarding your earlier post disappearing sometimes posts get auto-moderated or moved. Check your profile activity or notifications to see if it was relocated.
