Julian Knight no those results will not be indexed by search engines. Microsoft treats privacy very seriously and your organizational email address and the primary email address associated to this community will not be found publicly.
Got a follow on request to this posted in the ideas section.
The personal information entered is viewable by anyone (authenticated or not). Can we add an option to make it viewable only to authenticated network users?
