Possibilities as a Community Leader

Hi folks,

 

I am wondering on the MSTC Portal I was able to do many Community related stuff like ask for an O365 Licence for my community. How can I do this now? 

 

Also in past it was possible to get sponsorship for community events, how is this now possible? How can I get for my Communities knowledge? I have many more questions but it is hard to get answers?
