PnP Section and SharePoint Framework Section Required under SharePoint / Development

When can we have a PnP Section and a SharePoint Framework section under SharePoint / Development ?  It is very difficult to find out what is happening with these areas with the current setup where these areas are mixed up with other SharePoint Development questions.
