Phantom keyboard layouts

Hi. Lately, I've been dealing with a weird problem that I've never seen before. For some reason, i ended up with phantom keyboard layouts in windows. Now i have two whole new English UK layouts... even though i've never used the UK layout before, only US one....

The strange thing is that i recently managed to get rid of two extra layouts somehow, but today, when i started up my computer, they just appeared out of nowhere. Even AI shocked and dont know what to do
