a.Test Exchange connectivity via Outlook Web Access (OWA) to confirm it’s not a server issue.
b.Reset Outlook connection cache: close Outlook and run outlook.exe /safe /cleanprofile.
c.Check TLS/network settings: ensure Windows updates are applied, then try netsh winsock reset, netsh int ip reset, and ipconfig /flushdns.
d.Start Outlook Offline, let it open, then toggle back online.
e.Recreate OST file if it’s large or potentially corrupted.
