One Drive Personal Vault Lock Notification

hi SimplyHuman​ It sounds like the notification itself may have been disabled or changed after a Windows/OneDrive update rather than the Personal Vault feature actually being broken.

first check:

Settings → System → Notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled globally

Make sure Microsoft OneDrive notifications are specifically allowed

Also check whether:

Focus Assist / Do Not Disturb is enabled

Notification banners are turned off for OneDrive

You could also try:

Signing out of OneDrive and signing back in

Or resetting OneDrive

Unfortunately, Windows updates do sometimes change/reset notification behavior quietly, especially around security-related features like Personal Vault, so you’re definitely not the only one who has run into this kind of frustration.
