Not getting most email notifications

I have just received emails about getting new badge and marking someone's reply as an answer. Weird. Why can't it send notifications about replies from https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Skype-for-Business-IT-Pro/Is-it-bad-to-add-groups-with-lots-of-contacts-to-Skype/m-p/104048#M2816

Hi,
Thank you for the report, we are working through addressing this and as a result we will need to change the address notifications are sent from. As soon as we are ready to make this change I will post an announcement to allow customers to update address books.
