My Sign-Ins Security Info - change sign-in method from Phone-Text to Office Phone
With this new MFA sign-in for Microsoft 365 Office, I am currently using my cellphone with the Authenticator app. But I want to change it to signing in by our Office Phone. I can add in the Office Phone as a backup method. How do I change it as my Default? I try to Delete my cellphone but it gives me an error message that it can't delete that number. Any ideas or suggestions?

you will need to update the new phone number and if want to keep secondary you can also do it. but the best way to use authenticator.
