Microsoft Word Community Hub AWOL

What has happened to the Microsoft Word Community Hub? It is no longer accessible and does not appear in the list of Community Hubs?

I am also not able to access the Word category, with the following error message:

    It looks like this space is removed, I see that your likes have also disappeared
