Microsoft Showcase School and MCE Vouchers...
Hello Microsoft Tech Community,
My name is Diogo Azeredo, and I am the STEAM Coordinator at escolaglobal, a Microsoft Showcase School based in Portugal for over ten years.
We recently became aware that Microsoft had sent an email informing us about the possibility of requesting new vouchers for MCE (Microsoft Certified Educator) exams — up to two per educator — free of charge, until March 15th, by completing a form.
Unfortunately, due to a network intervention at our school that affected our email services, we did not receive this notification in time. By the time we were informed, the deadline had already passed.
Given these circumstances, I would like to kindly ask if there is any possibility to still request these vouchers, or if there is an alternative way to access this opportunity.
We would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide on this matter.
Thank you very much in advance.

hello DiogoAzeredo Thank you for explaining the situation so clearly. Since your school is a long-standing Microsoft Showcase School, it would definitely be worth reaching out directly to the Microsoft Education team to explain the missed communication due to the email/network issue.
Although the original deadline has passed, exceptions or alternative options may sometimes be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially for active Showcase Schools.
I would recommend:
Replying to any previous Microsoft Education program emails you have received
Contacting your regional Microsoft Education representative or Showcase School contact
Posting the request in the Microsoft Education Community channels as well, where program administrators may see it
Be sure to include:
Your school name
Showcase School status
The reason the email was missed
The number of educators affected
Hopefully the team can advise whether vouchers can still be issued or if another opportunity is available.
Wishing you the best, and hopefully this can still be resolved positively.
