Microsoft Edge message "session expired".
hi Kami888 The “Session expired” message on Edge’s homepage can happen even when you appear to be logged in. Here are a few things to try:
Clear browser cache and cookies for Edge
Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data → Choose what to clear.
Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data, then restart Edge.
Sign out and back in
Even if your avatar shows you’re logged in, try signing out completely, closing Edge, and signing back in.
Check for multiple accounts
If you have more than one Microsoft account, make sure the one you’re using for commenting is active and selected.
Disable extensions temporarily
Some extensions (ad blockers, privacy tools) can interfere with session tokens. Try disabling them and see if you can post.
Try another device or private browsing
Use InPrivate mode in Edge or a different device to check if it’s a local browser/session issue.
Update Edge
Make sure Edge is running the latest version, as session handling can be affected by older builds.
If these steps don’t help, it could be a server-side session token issue, and posting a note through Feedback Hub → Apps → Edge can alert Microsoft to investigate.
