Mettez à jour Microsoft 365 ou Office sur votre appareil macOS ou iOS.

Bonjour, 

 

Je n'accède plus aux fonctionnalités de Word, Excel etc... et ils me demandent de mettre à jour et je n'y arrive toujours pas, même en suivant les étapes...? Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider?

    hello tahia​ if Word, Excel, and the other Microsoft 365 apps are asking you to update but the update isn't working, the issue could be related to the Microsoft 365 installation or the update process on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad.

    I'd first check that your device has enough free storage and that you're signed in with the Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription.

    If you're using a Mac, try completely closing all Office applications, restarting the Mac, and then trying the update again.

    If the problem continues, could you let us know whether you're using a Mac, iPhone, or iPad, and share the exact error message you're seeing during the update? That would help narrow down the issue and suggest the right solution.
