Lots of Notifications??

Hi all,

Members who are signed up to attend the Microsoft Ignite conference may well currently be getting allot of notifications that a post they have subscribed to has been updated. I would like to apologise for this noise, but many members have told us they want to be able to search by Session code. To enable that I need to make a change to each Ignite session. This will be a "one time" notification spam and so I would ask you all to be patient while this script finishes up.
