Logging in to network.office.com

Hi Rik Holmes we have seen others not able to sign in with their Org ID. This may be an issue with your Office 365/AzureAD administrator not allowing your business credentials to be used with applications. Your admin would need to change the permissions on your access of Office 365 apps/Azure AD apps – or you can simply use your Microsoft Account (MSA) e.g. an Outlook.com email address.
LizP1 Sorry to hear this is your experience but we can see there is one account associated to your work credentials and another possibly to your personal account. You mentioned you logged in with your O365 credentials each time so unsure why that is the case. Can you PM Lana O'Brien and she'll be able to help you out. If you share the URL of both your profiles that would be helpful.
