Label in community - not working or being used properly

When I go the SharePoint blog and apply the News & Announcement filter, i only get one result https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-SharePoint-Blog/bg-p/SPBlog/label-name/News%20&%20Announcements . There are many announcements in that blog, the posts are not getting labeled correctly or the filter is not working properly. Please investigate.

Also we need the ability to search a specific blog. Searching the entire community is not effective.
