"In Review" means what? Can't message Allen"

Thanks for posting, you can't message Allen because I have had to disable my IM inbox as to many people were ignoring the community guidelines and sending me PMs directly instead of posting - sorry about that.
I would like to apologize for the confusion that the In Review flag is causing, it is only visible to community administrators, moderators and the original poster. What it means is that your post has not yet been reviewed by a moderator.
It does not mean it has not been posted and I think we will look to tighten up both who can see it and when in the next release. For now you can feel free to ignore it.
I am actually about to go and clear it off all your current posts so that will hopefully put your mind and ease.

Please read my reply above, having your posts marked 'in review' does not necessarily indicate an issue that requires any action by you or us. It's only a problem if your post is not public, yours are.

By the way, what's the reason to keep "In Review" mark? Such post is visible for everyone, mark actiually changes nothing for author and public but makes people bit nervous. Moderator could review posts in background as long as they need without any post marks.

SergeiBaklan I thought I had already stated, but obviously not, so let me say this very clearly.. We view this 'in review' flag as an undesired UI element. We are waiting for a fix from the core platform team before deciding if we need to go further to remove it.
