How to resolve Package validation check errors

When running Package validation report showing three errors
1. Silent Install check
2. Entry in Add/Remove programs
3. Bundleware check.

Please help me any help article on this topic or suggest ways to fix.

    Thanks for the post, I am not sure what this would be about the Microsoft Tech Community doesn't have an add/remove programs..
