Sorry to hear about your problems, unfortunately it is not an issue related to the Microsoft Tech Community but, I suspect, a product question and as such should be posted in the appropriate community to which ever product you're having the issues with.
Unfortunately, there is also not enough information in the post for me to immediately identify which product you're having issues with. If you could let us know then I could move your post to a more appropriate forum.
