How to access a virtual machine as guest user

Me as an Azure admin, I created a virtual machine (Data Science Virtual Machine) on the portal.

Then I added a guest user via Azure AD with roles "Virtual Machine User Login" and I also tried role "Virtual Machine Contributor".

When the guest user tries to connect to the VM via RDP it is not working, an error message is raised.

What am I doing wrong?
