How can I get MCT 5 year anniversary T- Shirt?

This year is my 5 years MCT journey and how can I order for polo shirt? MCT Store portal is retired now and I don't know how can I order for that.

    Go to https://aka.ms/mctlounge and go to MCT Program Information tile to get to your benefits which mentions how to get the MCT badge. We don't do by year anymore. Nothing stopping you from using the badge and adding 5 years to it.
