[Help] Posting Tips
Hi sheraton ,
Thank you for your post, there is no secret to making a good post, and to be honest you have most of them already, i.e.:
- Post it in the correct board
- Make use of terms likely to help someone decide quickly if they can help
- If it helps use copilot to help structure your post, be sure to review it and make the language more natrual
The fact your getting allot of views likely means your doing everything right, a significant proportion of our views come from search engines / bot traffic and so your post is clearly being crawled by search engines, consumed by AI and thats all boosting your viewership.
As for how you get answers, which is a slightly different question, keep in mind the Microsoft Tech Community is not the Microsoft Community Support forum, which can be found here: Windows for business - Microsoft Q&A, or part of Microsoft Support (https://support.microsoft.com), as such your reliant on either an employee, MVP or other expert seeing your post and knowing what to do to help. The Microsoft Tech Communities primary purpose is to allow customers to share best practice, adoption techniques and connect with other industry professionals on the use of Microsofts Products and Servcies.
I hope that helps explain both why your post is getting views but also why it is it may take longer to get answers here than using one of the official channels.
