Hard Disk Error unable to run system diagnostic tool
my hp pavilion laptop shut down during an update and now when i open it all it says is “Hard Disk Error Please run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics” but when i click system diagnostics it says “Your current version of diagnostics is not up to date” and to visit a website to update it but i can’t even open my laptop. All the advice i’ve seen online is about the Hard Disk not existing.
