Getting emergency issue on main tech feed.

When TechNet was up I had great results with answers from Msft or other experts in the field.

Currently I have an issue with a client's peer network where everything seems to be set correctly including permissions but apparently the client peer can't access the  peer server's shares to remap a drive after a crash saying 

"\\ [peer server] is not accessible you might not have permission... "

I desperately need to know which services may be broken but a previous post was moved to w10 discussion space with NO reply on the subject at all. I think it is not showing on the main feed as well.  This is a business continuity issue.

If you know of the answer please tell me and maybe of a place i can post where i will get same day answers form MSFT and other experts.  W10 is NOT that place and there is no budget for Msft support.
