Error in showing whether the user is online or not

There is an issue in the Microsoft Tech Community where it shows the member is offline but is really online. This issue gets resolved with refreshing the page. I have seen this issue twice, a month ago and today. 

The user profile page is showing that I am offline but I couldn't have viewed this page remaining offline.
