hi have deleted space in my one drive as it said I cant send or receive emails now I have enough space I still cant send or receive ?.

hi mickey1 If you’ve already freed up space in your OneDrive, it can sometimes take a little while for the storage update to reflect across your account. This delay can still block sending or receiving emails temporarily.
You can try the following:
- Sign out of your Outlook account and sign back in
- Clear your browser cache or restart the Outlook app
- Check your storage status again to confirm it’s below the limit
- Wait a few hours, as the system sometimes takes time to sync
If the issue still continues after that, it might be worth checking if your mailbox itself (not just OneDrive) was over quota, or contacting Microsoft support for further help.
