Downloads go to gallery
Since Windows added Gallery, all my downloads go there instead of to downloads and I can't find a way to change it.

Gallery in File Explorer is a view of pictures from selected folders, not a separate download location. Your files may still be in Downloads even though Gallery displays them.
Right-click one of the pictures in Gallery and choose Open file location to check where it’s actually stored.
If it’s in Downloads, nothing needs moving. To stop showing that folder in Gallery, open Gallery > Collection > Manage and remove it from the collection. This doesn’t delete the files.
If it’s being saved somewhere else, change your browser’s Settings > Downloads > Location to your Downloads folder. That controls future downloads; Gallery itself doesn’t choose where they’re saved.
