"Correct highlighted errors" but there ain't any
It is likely that one of your browser extensions, could cause , is Edge the default browser in Windows?
I would rather check everything in my computer!
"Down at the bottom you'll see a reference saying "invalid HTML was found in the message body" -- which is interesting because I've not actually entered any HTML myself"

- DeletedJun 20, 2022Thank you, the Safari environment can cause this, so this is hardly a problem of the MTC website..
The AI settings are correct -> I think they may occasionally report an error.- AllenJul 20, 2022

Thanks for posting, and please accept my apologies that I haven’t replied before now. In the thread you have correctly identified that the ‘issue you need to correct’ is the invalid html. Now where this falls down is the system assumes it’s something you have put in to the editor. In truth it could have got there for many reasons, however the three most common reasons are:
- You copy and pasted content from somewhere else (Microsoft Word, another website etc)
- You use Microsoft Editor, the editor changes the html in the editor window to let it highlight, underline or display information to help you improve the grammar and spelling of your post.
- You use Grammarly, for the same reasons as above
Now there are other reasons this can occur, however, these are the ones we see the most. We have spoken to the Microsoft Editor team and we will work to resolve this in the future.
