Thanks for posting, this sounds really annoying to say the least. Unfortunately there is nothing in our code that would be adding that HTML to your posts. It is like you are running a browser plugin (maybe a spell checker or something) or your copying and pasting your content from somewhere else (like an AI tool). It is likely hiding this html snippet in every posts.

Unfortunately without more information I wouldn't be able to help you track the cause, other than to suggest opening our site in a in-private browser (which frequently doesn't load any extensions) and try again.
