Contact @Allen the Head of Skype. In my Bell icon in the top right hand side next to avatar @Allen

Allen (leader of all things Skype) sent me something a while back & since this POSxxt HP Laptop has been broken since the first day I got it, for the past year I've been using, most of the time, my backup Android Tablet & Smartphone for everything & sort of forgot about the Microsoft Community. How do I get a message to Allen?

    Hope you sorted an issue out or change the laptop.

      Like a complete idiot after HP not honoring their "buyback program" for selling me a broken Laptop, this idiot went out and purchased another HP Laptop with all the bells and whistles. I thought if I spent 2k, it would work great. Right? Wrong. Trouble since day one!

      Allen, it was probably so long ago because I don't remember the question I had. It does say somewhere on this here Microsoft site Allen & whatever about something Skype? I saw it again today beneath your reply in a separate box. I don't like & never have used Skype! I don't even know if I wrote that or somebody hacked my account? They have before, see this place I'm staying in South of Boston called the Guardian Center worse place on eastern seaboard to wait for a Transplant they don't have any password or security for their WI-FI Router we're forced to use! Cheapo Biastiards take insurance & government money instead of buying the proper food etcetera, they pocket it!

    I am sorry I do not know you and I am definitely not the head of all things Skype. It's not clear from your post but if your having issues using Skype please visit the Skype Community on Microsoft Answers and ask your question there.

     

    If your question relates to the Microsoft Tech Community, would you mind sharing some screenshots of what the issue is?
