True, but let's imagine people will ask question and there is no response.
For those of us who are active in the community, we could identify those communities, but it is not easy for new users, and they might think no answering their post is intentional.

On the other hand we have lot of posts with no response in active communities, at least in Excel one.
- Reza_AmeriJun 19, 2022Silver ContributorThat is concern, because when users ask question and no one response, they feel like it wastes of time and go to another forum. I believe Microsoft needs a metric to monitor inactive forum and forum with questions and response and work on policies and strategy to resolve such issues.

Hi Reza_Ameri
Please give examples of inactive spaces in MTC.
Please how is Microsoft supposed to fix this - if only MTC Members do not respond - maybe some additional rewards for active Members in these spaces?

The Microsoft Tech Community is now 150,000 members Strong! - Microsoft Tech Community
Once there were only 150 thousand Members, now there are 850 thousand and there are still unanswered questions!
- Reza_AmeriJun 20, 2022Silver ContributorFor example, consider the Cortana forum which is https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/cortana/ct-p/Cortana
It depends on the company's strategy, so they have to ask the product group if they don't have plan to maintain it, then close the forum and prevent new post and archive others. In case it should be active, then someone from the team monitor it or show a list and give some points to those who volunteer to be active there.
Having unanswered questions in forum is normal but I believe with a correct strategy with help of community this issue could be fixed.
