Cannot reply to DM. Unexpected error.
Hi, I cannot reply to DMs anymore using Edge 99.0.1150.46 for Android and my Personal Microsoft Account. Error: an unexpected error occured. Logoff / login again doesn't help
Thanks for the additional information. This is an issue we are investigating and we will post back here as soon as we have a fix.
Could it be it's a problem with the service itself which would make it appropriate here?
It's possible, I wasn't sure if you meant DMs on the Tech Community website. I'll make sure our tech lead is looped in here just in case.
Karl-WE Just to confirm:
1. Were you DM'ing someone directly on the Microsoft Tech Community?
2. If so, who were you DM'ing? Were you replying to an existing private message thread or messaging someone as a new message?

1. Yes it's directly to different people at techcommunity.microsoft.com
2. It's happens when replying to existing threads which already contained some convo. Haven't tried new threads.Thanks for the additional information. This is an issue we are investigating and we will post back here as soon as we have a fix.
