can not paste to publisher from ms word

Friends , I have MS Word 2021 and MS OFFICE 2015 simultaneously working on my laptop. for the last few days I can not copy and paste to publisher from MS Word. FROM NOTEPAD TO PUBLISHER IT CAN BE DONE/ WE CALLED HELP. THEY COULD NOT SOLVE IT AND REFERRED US TO TECH COMMUNITY

    1. Use "Paste Special" in Publisher
      Instead of using Ctrl + V, try:
      Go to Publisher → Click inside a text box
      Home Tab → Click the Paste dropdown
      Select Paste Special → Choose Unformatted Text
    2.  Copy & Paste as Plain Text
      Copy text from Word (Ctrl + C).
      Open Notepad (or any plain text editor).
      Paste (Ctrl + V) into Notepad, then copy from Notepad.
      Paste into Publisher (Ctrl + V)
