[Bug] wrong date

Hello, I just answered a question. It's around 9:30 am on Wednesday, July 17 in New Zealand. The time stamp of my post shows as around 9:30 am but for the wrong day, i.e. Tuesday, July 16.

 

Clearly the day is not taken into consideration when converting times.
