Bluetooth Frustrations
I'm experiencing a problem with Windows11. I have headphones which when I restart my PC, pair and blue tooth is shown in the notification area. Although after using my headphones and they power off; blue tooth disconnects and won't connect and allow the headphones to pair again, without restarting the computer ?

Disable power saving for the Bluetooth adapter
- Press Win + X > Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth.
- Right‑click your main Bluetooth adapter (e.g., “Intel Wireless Bluetooth”, “Realtek Bluetooth”, etc.) > Properties.
- Go to the Power Management tab.
- Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
- Click OK and test
If issue remains then it's likely driver or windows glitch. In this case, instead of restart, You can also just disable and enables device:
- Open Device Manager > Bluetooth.
- Right‑click the Bluetooth adapter > Disable device.
- Wait ~5 seconds, then Enable device.
- Try connecting the headphones again.
This often has the same effect as a restart for the Bluetooth stack
