Better embed support

Sorry if this has been asked before but is there any chance of better embed support? I'm thinking primarily of being able to embed content from Docs.com and Channel 9 into posts? Maybe have it as a benefit of a certain rank, if it's seen to be open to misuse? Thanks for the consideration.
