Appointments Calendar Outlook to iCloud

Hi, I have this problem.
I installed iCluod for windows on my pc where use as a mail client and Microsoft Outlook calendar appointments.
When I are sent appointments / meetings on the outlook calendar, to also see them on the calendar and consequently iCloud on my iPhone, I have to move them manually.
Is there a way or a setting to see the Outlook calendar on my phone, or sync your Outlook calendar with iCloud what?
